Hello, My name is Kenneth Fox and have been the music teacher at James A Garfield Elementary for five years. I have extensive experience professionally including, warming up Earth,Wind and Fire at the Super Dome and performing with the likes of Dizzy Gilespie, Cat Anderson and the group America. I also sang first tenor with the Akron Fall Festival Choir and the Goodyear Singers performing group. 

I have a BA in Performing Arts on the trombone and a BS in Music Education from Kent State University. I also have a Masters in Teaching from Marygrove College and I am a Certified Orff Elementary Music teacher.

During my time here at Garfield Elementary I have involved myself in programs for every grade level and I have started a Recorder Orchestra.
