Teacher Requests

If you would like to request a teacher for your child for the 2008/2009 school year, please submit your request in writing by Friday, April 18, 2008.  Please include your top three choices and any other information you believe to be relevant.   You may send your written request to Mrs. Brown at the elementary office.  Parents are not expected to write a request, this is simply an option for parents wishing to do so.

Our staff considers many factors when working to create class lists.  Written requests for specific teachers will be considered as part of that process with the ultimate goal being to create balanced classes, which provide a quality learning environment for all students.

Last Day

The last day of school will be Monday, June 2.  Due to a snowy winter, we exceeded the five calamity days allotted by the state, at this time we are required to make-up one day.  If any additional days become necessary they will be scheduled after June 2.
